Todd Barhydt
District Manager, Aquatic Biologist
Todd Barhydt is a District Manager and Aquatic Biologist who helps lead SOLitude’s Ft. Pierce, Pompano Beach, and Miami offices. He oversees daily operations of the company’s aquatic management professionals and is passionate about the preserve and littoral services the company provides. It is Todd’s mission to protect the environment by keeping aquatic areas as natural as possible.
Todd has served on the SOLitude team in multiple positions for more than 25 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in Marine Science with a minor in Biology from Kutztown University, where he focused extensively on limnology.
Todd was born and raised in the northeast corner of Auburn, IN.
Leo Guzman
Operations Manager, Aquatic Specialist
Leo is an Operations Manager and Aquatic Specialist in the Ft. Pierce, FL, area and has over 20 years of experience in operations and logistics management. He works with team members to ensure our clients are receiving quick and efficient service for their lakes, ponds, and wetlands.
Outside of work, Leo enjoys spending time with his family boating, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
Bill Shea
Operations Manager, Aquatic Specialist
Bill is an Operations Manager and Aquatic Specialist in Southeast, Florida. He works with team members to ensure our clients are receiving quick and efficient service for their lakes and stormwater ponds.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys being outdoors riding his motorcycle, boating, or fishing.
Dan Cook
Operations Manager, Aeration & Fountains (SEFL)
Daniel Cook is an Operations Manager of SOLitude’s aeration and fountains division. He specializes in the design and installation of fountain and aeration systems for clients, and is a knowledgeable resource for repairs and maintenance.
Prior to joining the SOLitude team in 2016, Daniel worked for 6 years in the golf industry, where he gained valuable insights into the goals and pain points of golf course superintendents and property managers—particularly in terms of aquatic management and irrigation.
Daniel is originally from Stuart, FL. He likes to fish and workout. He spends as much time as possible with his wife and dogs. They’re currently in the process of building a pool at their home.
Josan Foradada
Operations Manager
Josan is an Aquatic Specialist and Operations Manager for the Southeast Florida region. He helps ensure our clients receive prompt and quality service. With a strong sense of ambition and dedication, Josan approaches both personal and professional goals with determination and a commitment to success.
Born and raised in Miami, Josan has a passion for sports and fishing. He is extremely family-oriented and is always prioritizing loved ones.

Steve Carbol is a Project Manager and Senior Aquatic Biologist in Southeast Florida. Steve enjoys working with team members to ensure projects are being completed efficiently and effectively. Steve is passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals for their waterbody.
Before SOLitude, Steve worked for a number of high-profile environmental education organizations around the country including The American Birding Association, National Audubon Association, National Aviary, Conservancy of Southwest Florida, and Tallahassee Museum. Steve’s writing, illustrations, and photographs have appeared in a number of nationally published magazines.
Gary Wilhelm
Senior Business Development Consultant (South FL)
Gary Wilhelm is an Aquatic Specialist and Senior Business Development Consultant with more than 25 years of experience providing sustainable solutions for lake, pond and wetland challenges. He focuses on cultivating relationships with stakeholders to exceed their property goals and has extensive knowledge on all aspects of freshwater management. Gary has valuable experience working with homeowners associations, property management companies and private property owners. He also has an extensive background working with golf course superintendents, general managers, golf course architects and golf pros, and has served as a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association for more than 25 years.
