Company-wide Volunteering Day and Volunteer of the Quarter Announced
At SOLitude Lake Management, we have made it our mission to give back to the communities we serve through our community outreach and volunteering program, The SOLution. Our dedication to environmental stewardship is amplified through active community participation, volunteer efforts, advocacy, outreach, and fundraising. Through The SOLution, we aim to connect with the local communities we serve across the country, bridging the gap between sustainability and environmentalism. Since the program was founded in 2012, our colleagues have generated over 26,014 volunteer hours and $550,855 worth of donations.

Announcing The Volunteer of Q1 for 2024
We are proud to announce Jim Kannenberg, District Manager in Wisconsin, as our Volunteer of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2024! As an active member of the SOLution program, Jim has dedicated his time to serving his community and giving back to those in need.
For six weeks, Jim served as a safety member for events in his community hosted by Crossway Church. He also served as Assistant Scoutmaster for the local Boy Scouts troop and volunteered with BSA Troop 80 at the local food pantry to help fill their shelves.

“I love seeing people volunteer in ways that show it is just a part of their life. Being involved in community activities and groups is a great way to do this. Jim clearly is passionate about making sure the different groups he volunteers with are taken care of and as a part of his regular life. 5th Annual Heart & SOL Day
On March 22, 2024, our colleagues celebrated our fifth annual Heart & SOL Day, along with World Water Day. Heart & SOL Day is an annual volunteering day that encourages colleagues to better the communities they live and work in. This year over 100 team members generated 412 total volunteer hours across 32 organizations and communities, including:
