Andrew Merritt is the Director of Sales for SOLitude. He is responsible for driving growth in SOLitude’s footprint, focusing on organic growth and increased market share. Andrew brings over 20 years of experience as a sales professional and leading sales teams while working for industry leaders like Paychex and Aramark. During this time, he achieved multiple sales awards. In his most recent role, with Aramark Refreshments, he helped lead the Western US & Canada key account sales team to record growth and produced multiple Sales Stars winners.

Originally from metro Detroit, Andrew earned a business degree from Michigan State University. Growing up he spent his summers on Wamplers Lake in Southeast Michigan, where he enjoyed fishing, boating and water skiing. Andrew currently resides in Phoenix with his partner Stephanie and his 5 daughters. Most of his free time is spent attending their various sporting events or taking them on adventures around the state. He still makes a trip each summer back to the lake to enjoy all the wonders that it has to offer.

Josh Jones is an Aquatic Specialist and Regional Sales Manager who oversees the West Region. Josh was previously a Business Development Consultant for Texas and helped numerous lake and pond owners and managers enhance their aquatic resources.

 Josh is passionate about the preservation of aquatic environments and regularly educates and presents to industry partners, homeowners, communities, municipalities, and other groups about lake and pond management. Josh’s other responsibilities also include driving new growth throughout the West.

Josh resides in Texas with his wife and three kids. He enjoys competitive bass fishing and combat sports in his free time.

Rich is the Regional Sales Manager for the North Region. He is responsible for driving profitable growth across all territories in the northern region and collaborates with our sales team to enhance internal processes and foster a strong team.

Rich brings 20 years of sales experience to the role. Most recently Rich was the Market Sales Manager for Waste Management, prior to that he was an award-winning sales leader in both the document management and textile industry.

Rich resides in Lowell, Michigan with his wife and their two children. He enjoys spending time outdoors on his property as well as camping and traveling. They have a hobby farm with many animals and a garden. He also spends most of his time supporting his kids in their sports and activities throughout the year.
