Adam Grayson is a District Manager based out of North Florida. An avid outdoorsman, he has a natural passion for preserving the ecological health and beauty of water resources throughout the region.

Adam has more than 20 years of experience managing aquatic weeds and nuisance species in lakes, ponds, and stormwater facilities. His extensive knowledge and experience inform his commitment to supporting his clients with the highest level of care while serving as a responsible steward to the environment. He enjoys tackling the daily challenges facing the lakes and ponds from a scientific, data-driven perspective. 

Adam maintains many industry certifications, including State of Florida licensed pesticide applicator (Aquatics, Right-of-Way, Forestry, Natural Areas), ISA Certified Arborist, State-licensed to work with venomous reptiles, State-certified Florida Green Industries Best Management Practices Applicator, and Stormwater Systems Inspector.

Before moving to Gainesville, his family lived for many years in South Florida. Outside of work, he spends most of his time raising his two daughters, and also enjoys nature photography and falconry as time permits. 

Adam is an Operations Manager and Aquatic Specialist in North Florida, with extensive knowledge of water quality and its impact on aquatic ecosystem health. Since joining SOLitude Lake Management, Adam has developed into an effective team leader, recognized for delivering high-quality service and reliable follow-through. His dedication has built positive relationships with peers, purveyors, and clients, reflecting his pride in representing SOLitude and his commitment to providing top-tier solutions.

Adam leads his team in delivering environmentally responsible solutions to the communities he serves. His expertise encompasses client communication, inspections, vegetation surveys, deficiency identification, treatment responses, lake assessments, and water quality monitoring. Additionally, he oversees research, lab testing, analysis interpretation, and problem-solving for aquatic systems, including bathymetric studies.

Passionate about the science of lake management and the importance of quality care, Adam is dedicated to ensuring that SOLitude’s clients receive the highest level of service and expertise. His commitment to excellence and environmental stewardship makes him a valued leader and advocate for the health of North Florida’s aquatic environments.

Nate Barsczewski is an Account Manager for North Florida. His job is to be your ears and a solid line of communication when it comes to the management of your property’s waterbodies. No matter what the issue is, Nate is here to ensure you are heard and that your ponds are treated to SOLitude’s Standards.

Nate earned his associate’s degree in Environmental Science and Toxicology in 2019. He has been a licensed applicator in the State of Florida and an Aquatic Specialist for his entire career with SOLitude. He’s been out in the field, and knows about all sorts of vegetation and ways to approach treatments. This knowledge allows him the ability to work with you and our technicians on future treatment plans. He encourages a more natural approach to pond management and understands the importance of a balanced ecosystem for healthy waterbodies. He is determined to improve conditions in all lakes, ponds, and wetlands.

Nate is a father of two very young children. He resides in Ocala, FL, with them and his wife Grace. He is a very family-oriented person, spending most of his time teaching his wife and kids the importance of nature and the outdoors. Often, you can find him out hiking or walking the many nature trails of Florida, kayaking, fishing, or enjoying a nice evening stroll with his family around various parks and ponds around town.

Lonnie Lawrence is an Aquatic Specialist and Business Development Consultant for North Florida. He is responsible for educating stakeholders on best management practices and building relationships with lake and pond owners or managers throughout North Florida. Lonnie takes pride in truly understanding which solution will be best for the environment and his clients. He enjoys working with them to build a management program that will help them reach their goals and maintain a healthy, balanced waterbody.

Before this role, Lonnie was a Residential Sales Specialist with Rentokil, SOLitude’s parent company, and was awarded Rookie of the Year. Before that, Lonnie spent 16 years with FedEx and ended his time there as a Regional Operations and Routing Manager where he consulted contractors on growing their businesses and implementing leadership-building methods throughout the company. Lonnie attended the College of Central Florida, where he majored in Computer Science.

Lonnie is a girl dad with three daughters and a fourth on the way due in November. He spends most of his time with them and his wife Arlene. Having spent a lot of his childhood on Lake Weir in Summerfield, Lonnie has always loved being by the water. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, and fishing. The family spends a lot of time visiting Disney throughout the year and the many beautiful beaches throughout Florida in the summer.
